  The NAWQA liaison meeting planned for April 6 has been changed to April 20 
due to a conflict with the marine and shallow water management meeting which 
will draw a number of you away.  The NAWQA meeting will still be held in the 
USEPA Region II conference room in Edison, NJ.  Enclosed is an agenda and a 
fact sheet on a related USGS program for your information.
  Since our last meeting, we have put together work tasks to analyze some of 
the existing data based on your input from the two previous meetings. We will 
present some early results for the bed sediment analysis and hope to be able 
to say something about biological data analysis.  We will summarize other 
activities, including the stratification plans.  Finally, we will present 
preliminary plans for two ground-water studies for your comment and 
suggestions. For all of these we solicit your candid comment.
