Dear liaison committee member,

It has been a while and it's high time we had a liaison meeting to bring everyone up to date on what we did this last year, what we've learned, and what we'd like to do this coming year. The NAWQA meeting will be held in the USEPA Region II conference room in Edison, NJ on April 3, 1997. Enclosed is a preliminary agenda for your information.

Since our last meeting, the team has been very busy collecting and analyzing data. We have some early results to show you. Also, we have been putting together work plans for this coming field season, that too we'd like to share and get your comments. Enclosed are copies of the workplans for both the `core' NAWQA project and the additional `urban comprehensive' work efforts we are planning. The `core' workplan also has a summary of what we've learned so far.
